If you would like us to reserve the date - a deposit of $100 is necessary. You may cancel within 60 days of the event , otherwise your deposit is forfeited.

A written contract will be provided.

Payment in full is required 3 weeks prior to the event date. Any cancellations after this date will be considered on an individual basis for refund or rescheduling.

We accept most major credit cards, checks, and cash.

We will do everything in our power to ensure your decor is exceptional and you are happy!- however the weather is not included in this promise! Please ask about our common sense rain policy.

We do charge a delivery fee and it is based on time of day, distance, delivery vehicle etc. You may save the rental items return fee and drop off yourself, or if the removal of decor is required after the event , our fee is stated in your contract. There will be a deposit required for our rental items which will be refunded in full upon their return - (in original condition of course)
